Alliance of Virtue is a UK registered charity that funds trusted, registered organisations working to relieve poverty and support communities in the UK and abroad.

Our name draws on Hilf al-Fudul, an alliance formed in Makkah in the pre-prophetic era to uphold justice and protect the vulnerable.

How we work

  1. We make grants only to registered organisations, after checks on their governance and use of funds.
  2. Every grant is reviewed and approved by the trustees.
  3. We favour support that brings lasting benefit over one-off relief.
